K-dog

This blog is for my best friend Kim. (aka: K-dog) She has been my BEST friend for over 18 years! We have been through heart break, divorce, split relationships, marriages, white trash bar times, Bible thumping "holier than though" times, 2 pregnancies together, loss of loved ones, & many tears. We've laughed more together than anyone I know. We have a friendship people dream about! (& Hollywood makes movies about...) She is more than a friend to me. She is like my sister that God put in a different family because He KNEW no mom could handle us both together.

Our husband's are best friends...Brandon & I matched up our best friends & got lucky. She needed a friend and I guess we provided her with that AND MORE!

But wait...I'm not done...it gets better...

Our girls are, not only LITERALLY related to each other, but are also best friends. They have known each other even before they were born. They grew up together, share as many memories together as Kim & I and were born just a few months apart. They also have shared many laughs, tears, secrets & memories. (I am sure more than we would like to know...)

Our boys are all best friends. Dillon, Connor & Jack get along better than any boys I've ever seen. Connor & Jack were born a few months apart as well. (We were pregnant at the same time twice...I wasn't kidding.) All 3 of our boys are the sweetest, most kind hearted, loving boys and we are glad they have each other. From playing with Spiderman toys in the hallway to fishing together outside just being boys...they love being together.

Talk about knowing how much God loves all of us because if He didn't, He sure wouldn't have put us all together like He did. We are like 2 families that have been welded together with an inseparable material of love, laughter, tears, flesh, blood & spirit. We even joke about how we might live far away now but we are DEFINITELY going to be neighbors in heaven.

We are 1 BIG HAPPY FAMILY!
